What an amazing hotel for our city trip! First of all, the breakfast buffet served by the hotel was delicious and had a great variety of options. the hotel was located in a great area that made it easy to walk around the city and explore all the shops and restaurants. the room was very spacious and comfortable.
We did experience some negatives during our stay. The first negative aspect was the power cuts that happened quite frequently and made it difficult to use the room's amenities.

The hotel is located near a famous temple and is a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the staff made sure that everything was well-maintained. The facilities provided by the hotel were great, and I especially enjoyed the pool area at night, it had an amazing view. The staff was extremely helpful when it came to transportation, and they even helped me organize my travel during a busy holiday season.

The hotel is located near a famous temple and a good restaurant, but a little away from the Ernakulam station. the rooms are spacious and clean, with both soft and hard pillows for comfortable sleeping. the towel and bed-sheets are clean and well kept, and the staff are friendly and helpful. the breakfast spread is delicious, and the rooftop swimming pool is a great advantage for kids.
Some facilities like the room service and wifi can be improved for better convenience to guests.

The hotel is located close to popular attractions which made it easy for us to see the city. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and amenities offered during our city break. the hotel offered complimentary breakfast which was a nice touch.
The unresponsive staff. We had to wait for long periods of time to be served in the restaurant and had to constantly remind them of our requests.
